Where To Start?
Thank you for your interest in our programs.
We recommend that you start your exploration of RMAX and CST with our free online RMAX Discussion Forum.
This is where Scott Sonnon, along with his Cadre of CST Coaches and Instructors professionally answer training related questions.
Please feel free to post your introduction on the forum, and tell us what your goals are. You will be amazed at how quickly you will get specific and immediately useful feedback.
(If you have not registered for the RMAX Forum yet, you may do so by clicking here ).
The most frequent question we hear is "With so much material, where do I begin?"
The answer is actually quite simple. It depends on YOU. What are your particular goals and interests?
Across the board, RMAX recommends beginning with Intu-Flow®. Intu-Flow® could very well be considered the "flagship" of CST. It sets the bar and has made CST and RMAX the industry leader in joint mobility exercise and health-first fitness. Often imitated, but never duplicated, the daily personal practice of Intu-Flow® will provide measurable improvement in your movement. Whether your goal is to conduct your regular daily activities pain-free, or to shoot your performance through the roof in sportive competition - Intu-Flow® is just the ticket.
For those interested primarily in training/conditioning, RMAX has the program for you, but again it comes down to where your interests lies.
- Bodyweight Conditioning
- Prasara Body Flow Yoga
- ...and more.
All of the above programs are carefully designed to facilitate individual progression, incrementally. This means that everyone, from the person new to training to the elite athlete, will find utility with each of these programs. Full explanations are available in the online shop and more detailed information is available on our Forum. Feel free to ask questions on the Forum so we can help point you in the right direction.
RMAX also has a variety of programs that cater to more specialized groups - Ageless Mobility®, RMAX Powered Running, RESET and a wide array of martial arts/combat sports material. If these areas interest you, more detailed information is available under those titles at our online store, as well as on the RMAX Forum.
To get the most out of your daily personal practice, CST uses it's 3 Ring Integration theory. These 3 Rings are the methods of
Prasara Yoga, Clubbells (Physical Training) and Intu-Flow®. When these 3 aspects of CST are practiced in tandem with one another, the results are amplified exponentially.
Finally, all of these programs, methods, concepts and modalities are brought together and taught at our IC Seminars. The IC process is designed to build the highest caliber of trainers on the planet. Progression is from CST Instructor, to Coach to Head Coach. There is no substitute for live training, and for those who want to know all the "nuts and bolts" of CST, these seminars are available several times a year in various locations.
Additionally, RMAX offers specialized certifications, including, but not limited to:
- CST Group X Fitness
- Clubbell® Fitness
- Kettlebell Specialist
- CST Bodyweight Conditioning Specialist
For Military and LEO's, RMAX offers courses and seminars in a variety of areas tailored to your specific needs. Our TACFIT® programs are used world-wide by LEO, Military and Private Security agencies. Our experienced Faculty also offers seminars in CQC, RBSC and more. Again, we recommend that you start with our free online RMAX Discussion Forum.
