PDF file won't open

Solution I deleted the previous downloads. I downloaded the booklet again and got the same failure. I downloaded it again after switching to my 32-bit Windows 7 Desktop and it worked, so I sent that one to my 64-bit Windows 7 Desktop using Dropbox and it worked as well. It may be problematic on a 64-bit system. I am using the latest version of Adobe Reader 10.0.1. I used the 32-bit Internet Explorer 9 on the 64-bit system and the latest version of Download Accelerator Plus, 9.6. There was no download program on the 32-bit. You may not need these details, but if it is helpful to you, here it is. Thank you for your help. It really is better to have successfully received all the material.
