We were getting so much spam and porn from free web based email addresses accounts that we decided to stop accepting registrations.
Only in the last 24 hours we received a few hundred registration requests.

Now we know that you are a real person.
Please register again from your hotmail or gmail account; immediately after your registration advise us (by by opening a ticket here) that you registered, and we will activate your account.
